Could you let me know which game version you're currently playing with, and if you're seeing any specific error codes with this crashing please? You can check your error code history Settings-> System-> System Software-> Error History.
I'm up to 15 crashes. Today. And this has become my normal. I can't even load in to play. I haven't been able to play even once since the update that added hearing aids and other items.
I have the latest version of the game. the game is dully updated. my ps5 is fully updated.
the error I seem to be getting the most is CE-108255-1

@EA_Solaire Yes, I have 1.70.
I have tried the link's instructions before and it did not fix or improve anything. I should also point out sims 4 is the only game I have that I have problems with.
I did manage to get on today. For the first time since the 1.70 update, literally over a month ago. It took me almost 2 hours with 32 failed attempts to load (I kept track on a note pad).
