Rewards from past events are missing

I only play console so there are 100% no mods and after I updated my game, my rewards that I claimed from the past event are gone

    There's an update on the bug report for anyone who has not yet seen it, the team is working on a patch and intends to add the login rewards from the Happy at Home event to the base game in due course. 😃

    "To resolve the missing items from the Happy-at-Home event, we'll be adding the event rewards to the base game across platforms."

    @DimonnnTi Same. I’m on PS5, but my previous event rewards are completely gone. I even tried sorting by the filter tag and the only things that show up are from the reaper event. I had the full set, so I’m not pleased.

    It's a known issue, and one I believe EA is aware of and looking into, all we can do is hope we get them back, tho it'll probably be in the form of a pack 🤣🙄

    There's an open bug report for lost login rewards here:

    It does have a response from EA and many players affected (including me ☹️). Anyone that would like to join it just go to the first post on page 1 and click Me Too and then add a reply if you haven't already done so.

    Good luck...I want my throw pillows back and my nanocan recolours back! Let's hope it can be resolved.
