@cryinncat Exactly the same problem here. Have tried every solution suggested online. Have restored licences, linked EA with PS4, checked my download library, made sure PS4 is my primary. Nothing worked. One of three expansion packs is there and works fine. The other two (seasons and vampires) is not showing. I go to PlayStation store and it’s tying to make me buy it again! No option to simply download.

I have this issue as well!! I downloaded City Living on my PS4, left it for about a month since I had a baby, and now it’s gone. I cannot buy it back, the game itself says I already own it and cannot download it again but I cannot access it at all. Any solutions yet????
City living has disappeared for me, too! After I downloaded the Island Living pack. I wonder if other people have lost City Living as well! I click on it in the actual Sims game, and it shows that I already own this game, yet the City itself is gone, and all the City Living content is removed from my console as well!! I'm on a PS5.

Did you buy the two Packs?
Or did you download this for free as a PS Plus Premium Member? If so, City Living was replaced with Island Living. A date is given for how long Island Living will be aviable.
