Sims 4 - Xbox One Issues/bugs

Thanks @ThaVirginMary. That's indeed a strange behaviour. Do you have Answers HQ set in English (does your 'Reply' button say 'Reply'?)?

Would you be able to try to open the report using another browser? That would be helpful to try to find out what's going wrong.

Yes I am submitting a new issue so it says submit at the bottom of the page. Not reply. I use safari I'll try on Firefox and see if it works. Thanks.
