I got the Deluxe version of Sims 4 on Xbox One (original console) and, while the game is still fun and addictive, there are some very annoying bugs and issues: Pressing LT in build mode to [UNDO] opens text entry dialogue as well as undoing previous action (no fix found, happens all the time).Controls in build mode will often fail to register or switch button assignments (e.g. Y changed from being eyedrop tool to being rotate object a few times)Pressing Y to use eyedrop tool won't work quite often (Fix: going into menu and back out a few times sometimes fixes it)Game failed to launch twice on the game's release after EA Access trial (fix: restart console)Game failed to load most recent save file on continue from menu (fix: manually load correct file) - Potential cause: All save files show the same date despite not being created at the same timeUnable to select or switch Sims (LT/RT) in Live Mode happens often (no fix found other than to quit and reload)Game frequently hangs on load screens for long periodsSearching for a career takes approximately 20 seconds to initiate and there is no indication that it registered a press"Mouse" cursor movement is too erratic making it hard to use, perhaps the sensitivity curve could be adjustHopefully, some of these can be patched out, because it is a good game. I've only come across one bug. The skill bar will not disappear. It stays on top of my sims head no matter what action I have them do. The only way I've found that gets rid of it is just to restart my game. Yet, even then, it always does it at some point of gameplay again. It's not affecting my gameplay at all, but still, I thought this should be addressed. It seems like it would be an easy fix in an future update. Overall, I am generally loving the game though. It's mega addicting!

I agree with everything. The controls for this game need a rework or just take the controls from the sims 3 Xbox 360 and make it a control scheme. Also, I don’t know if anyone is experiencing this, but the game gets choppy really bad in some points and sometimes it takes a little to load things. Definitely a great game if these things get fixed

I was and have been experiencing ALL of these issues on Xbox One since it's release date. Try harder please! Shame, really; great up loving this game and excited to play it on Xbox One only to find that it was a poorly conceived and poorly performing port from the PC version. Got a few of the 'upgrades' or w/e (vampire, etc) and they've only slowed down load times and cue times for activites, I've timed them! Horribly ported game but I've always loved it. Please fix this garbage...

This drives me nuts. I can barely make it a few hours before it starts to bug out and the controls wont work properly or the mouse cursor disappears and doesn't allow me to select or go back. Its so frustrating! This game used to be fun, and I wish my husband wouldn't have purchased this for me due to all the bugs that take away from game play- especially for the price!

I have being playing the Sims, since 2001 on PC, then on PS2 and now sims 4 on Xbox one. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any game. From the moment I brought it home, I had issues with the start screen as the game doesn’t seem to recognize that I have pressed A about a million times until at least 10-15 minutes have passed. The y button does not work as a shortcut to the eye drop tool. Sims sometimes fall through the floor and get stuck there forcing me to restart, and the mouse selector is so glitchy that clicking on my character’s phone icon somehow opens their career tab. I’ve become so frustrated that I don’t even attempt to play it anymore. I feel so ripped off.

I'm having a problem where items are disappearing from the sim's inventory. I don't mind when things like tablets/replaceable items disappear but masterpiece paintings they have created and photographs they have taken of themselves and other sims have disappeared as well. No the current sims family isn't living in the city. Had to close without saving to make sure items are still there. Not going to play again until this issue is resolved.

mine tends to make a loud noise from the bathroom of my sims apartment like the pipes are being jack hammered. and also with my Sim's aspiration i completed the first page of it but it after bringing them home to their apartment after their second date for the soulmate aspiration it reset that part again.
Also the Nanny tends to glitch when he uses the toilet and only comes unstuck when i get my sim to interact with him.

Soooooo I updated the game & basically I am unable to build now 😩 I will be fine the first five minutes of building but after that I am unable to properly use the tools to build ie I can’t turn nothing or sell anything.
