Sims 4: cats and dogs expansion not showing

    @BigStroh 

    Thanks for checking! And just to be sure, is that disk currently inserted into your console? You won't be able to access the pack if that disk is not currently in your Xbox.

Hello @BigStroh 

Please follow these steps to be sure your DLC is fully installed to your console:

  • Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
  • Press the Menu button on the controller
  • Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
  • You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC

    Hello. 
    so it does show as installed on my manage game add ons. But when I enter the main game it still asks me to buy it. I have the sims 4:cats and dog bundle with the base game which is on disc. So it automatically installs but not showing

        I put the disc back in and the cats and dogs pack was added back. Thank you for the replies and helping me out with that. Did not think about thr disc being in
