Sims 4 Endless Dancing, Frozen UI on Console.

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (1 to 5% during Reaper's Rewards. Never happened before that. Overlapping music did occur before. Rarely, about 5 to 10%, especially in 2021.)

What is your current game version number? Unknown (Deluxe version) (PS4 purchased 2013)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Deluxe version, Grim's Ghoulish Guitar, Holiday Celebration, all DLC and all *Pre-orders except for Cozy Kitsch. Also, Happy at Home Log In Event Rewards, Week 3-4 of Rewards, (more were unlocked, but they were not claimed yet because game crashed). *Pre-order content

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Dance to the Grimophone (while another sim practices writing on computer). On PS4 during the Reaper's Rewards Event. Not sure of exact trigger, but this is what happened.

What happens when the bug occurs? Sim dancing to Grimophone could not stop, even after entering Build Mode. All Sims were frozen in place and the Grimophone music continued along with the Build Mode music. UI stopped working. Had to close app. The game did not crash.

What do you expect to see? Sims can stop dancing. Sims are not frozen in place at the computer, or anywhere else in the house. Grimophone music ends upon entering Build Mode. User Interface continues to respond.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

Please describe the patch or change you made. Patch 2.03. No issues with any of this before Reaper's Rewards Event.

Hopefully when I reload the Sims 4 from a previous save this will not be an issue. Probably lost progress though.
