Hey @OllyWollyZolly,
Sorry to hear about the trouble you're running into. It sounds like you're seeing quite a few different things on PS5, so there are some troubleshooting steps we can go through to see if things improve.
Just to rule out any issues with potentially corrupted game or system files contributing to the problem, please try the following, or check through PlayStation's support article here for more information on the steps.
- Clear Cache:
- Power off your console, then unplug the power cable for a few minutes. Plug it back in and restart the console.
- Rebuild Database
- Boot the PS5 into Safe Mode using the link above and check for the Clear Cache and Rebuild Database options as they may help with certain types of performance issues.
- Update the Game
- Check for any available updates in your library to make sure that The Sims 4 is updated to the latest version.
Beyond that please check through our additional troubleshooting steps in this thread if the issues persist, thanks!

Ill try to clear cache and get a picture when the issue occurs with the ceilings basement again. Aka ground of the lot.
I usually can fix it if I tap on the ceiling and build ceiling, but I dont get that it doesnt have any at times at all when making a closed off room.

Clearkng cache and powering off and unplugging console first seemed to have worked. For now. But I have been trying to place or use specific gallery content rn to be sure I dont have them clash with anything on the lot.
