@BlackDragon4160 Hi there. You are certainly not the only user experiencing connection issues with the gallery. It's across all platforms and a known issue. As the feature is very new, the bugs and troubles with it should smooth out as they work on it. Most users report it works after closing the game or just waiting until later to try to connect again.
As for your saving error you'd have to make a post with your error code for troubleshooting. Most users who have errors when saving are able to save in manage worlds. Also check to see if you have less than 10 saves. Ten is the maximum.
For bug reports, there is only one issue addressed per report so they are all kept separate on the bug forum.
As for your items disappearing there's this bug thread https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/NEEDS-SAVES-Items-collected-in-personal-inventory-are/m-p/6772837#M62099 and they need saves so if it's the same issue you are having you can submit your save to help find out the cause. PS4 users can share saves to the dev team.
