Sims 4 Get Famous Money Tree/whims

How accessible is the current experience? Annoying, but OK
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. The Money Tree in Get Famous Sims 4 is not showing up in my sims reward store. The whims located above sims picture during gameplay also not there. Whims not showing up in City Living as well. I have recently purchased both these worlds and unsure how to fix this. Sims 4 support already contacted and they had me reset licenses from ps4 settings and should contact back if did not fix but now I can't get into support even when wait time shows 0. Any advise would be appreciated thanks.

  From what I've seen on youtube everyone in  Get Famous has whims and Money Tree so I'd be nice to have the available.Thanks
