Sims 4 horse ranch can’t change the horse in create a sim

Hey I just downloaded horse ranch on sims I have other packs that work but in horse ranch don’t work when I create a horse I can only change the upper menu head, ears but I can’t change the body exam...

    Hey I fixed the problem I changed usb cable to my controller and now it’s working

Hey there @Truettiger 

Does pressing B on your controller take you back to edit the full body?

Would you attach a video of this happening for me please?
