Sims 4 Loading Screen Turns Grey and Gets Stuck PS4
When we load Sims4 on our PS4, it comes up and says to tap X, like usual. We do that and it progresses to the loading screen, where it suddenly gets a grey overlay with a grey circle and then just stays on that screen forever. The loading icon and the grey circle are still moving so it isn't completely frozen, but it won't load up the game. We have unplugged the console and cleared the cache, restored the licenses, removed add-ons, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, rebuilt the PS4 database, etc. The game and the console are both up to date. Nothing is working!
- @glim1g7r798v I found something that worked for me earlier this afternoon. I tried to load the game again but this time offline, and it worked. Then mid-game I enabled my internet connection again and shut down the entire game again. When I then tried to start again (online) everything was working just fine! No idea if this is a longterm solution, but maybe you could try it as well. See if you can get it to work offline.
