Sims 4 Ps4 Crashes game at Library/Gallery

Well I tried what you suggested, I deletes all the save files, and from my ps4 completely. Then I re installed the game, dlcs, opened it, made a new game. Then I put my old save files back and it crashed again...
I think it's my save files, but idk why?? In no way am I gonna start all over again because I spent alot on those families and houses XC
Also, I pre-ordered cats and dogs for consoles, it downloaded today but it says I have to install it constantly despite that I got internet and restarted it 3 times ://
@Rooksiepookie I'm really sorry it's still crashing! That's not fun. I used that method months ago when there was a previous saving issue with the Library. I really hoped it would work for you. ☹️ I actually haven't downloaded the new update yet, so I don't know if my game will do the same thing yours is. I'm not sure what else you could try besides starting completely new save files. I hope you can figure this out somehow!

It's alright AncientHylian.. I'm not sure if it will be fixed when Cats and Dogs are downloaded, but we'll see.. I'm just editing npc families if I want to create a new sim and staying away from the gallery LOL
