@nicolein2006 Do you have a backup save from before this started happening? You may need to reload the backup.
You said it's just a couple households that do this? Is it a legacy save or can you save those households to the library and then place them back down into the world and see if it persists. Placing them from the library clears all their relationships so if it's a legacy family they'd lose any out of household family connections. They keep all their skills and careers from the library just not relationships.
