I'm playing on my PS4. My sim stays Fine no matter what I do. For example: I give him a thoughtful shower he stays fine. I get him to woohoo with his girlfriend he stays fine. Doesn't change to anything no matter what I do. Please help me fix this issue.

Are you getting different moodlets even if the emotion doesn't change, or are your Sims not even getting them?:
If this is happening since you installed the game, I would try to reinstall it - something might have gone wrong during the installation, which could be causing the issue.
