Sims4 not saving
When I have finished playing the game I save as always recently it hasn’t been saving. And I have to start all over again. Can anyone help?

Are you seeing any error codes or saves renamed as "autosave"?
Hey there so I’m using the Xbox s.
I’ve never had a problem like this and I’m not receiving any messages when I save my last save and come back to it the next day all my progress has gone and if I’ve made a new family and put them in a house they have disappeared. So I don’t no what to do for the best. X
@ahsile23 have you tried clearing locally saved data then syncing your game with the cloud again?
If you're not familiar with that process just go to Manage Game and Add-ons by selecting Sims 4 on your Xbox home screen using the Menu button (with 3 lines on it). On the next page select Saved Data. You'll be taken to a screen showing 2 sets of data, pick the set of data next to your gamertag/username and choose delete from console only as a first step. (Ignore Reserved Space). Then immediately load up your game and as it's loading it will do a data sync. See if that helps.
I'm adding the console troubleshooting steps here for you to take a look at as well.
But just pop back here if nothing helps.

- @ahsile23 Hopefully the game update this week may have made a difference for you.
Also check you don't have more than one file named Autosave. Some players with saving problems currently are finding that saves are being lost or renamed as Autosave. If you see an error code make a note of that. Error code 0 can cause your console to behave as if it's storage is full and prevents saving.
Hopefully syncing to the cloud should help. It has done for me in the past and has been recommended to me by Xbox Support. But there are various issues with console saves at the moment so let us know how you get on.
