Snowy escape event glitch

Hi,

I play on PC and have for over a year been having a glitch with snowy escape where I can not for the mount excursion event. It just takes my player away and it does nothing and it won’t load the start point. I’ve been raising this issue continuously with EA and I’m always told it’s on the list…. Well where the heck is it??? People paying for a pack should be able to use all its features if you’re going to sell me half a pack then charge me half the price.
