So I uninstalled my game to reinstall and it's gone from my library. Ps4

I did one of the suggestions to help with the latest bug fix by uninstalling the game and now it says I have to buy it again. Wtf? I just dropped a bunch of money on packs this week specifically for the new one aswell.

It's not in my ps4 library at all.

It sounds like you are not on the account that purchased the DLC, or no longer have the account that purchased the DLC on your system or the system is no longer primary. All this is covered in the above link.
