the game keeps shutting down :(

LOADING ISSUES 

When I start play the game starts loading but when it look its loaded the game turn off and I'm back at the xbox home screen. it doesn't turn off all the time, sometimes everything works as it should, but almost always.

I tried reinstal the game, reset x box, delete my save game but nothing work. I try start play a new game from the beginning. It work maybe one day and then the game start shutting down again. It happens during the loading my family. Sometimes when I want travel somewhere or if I use the lot from the gallery. 

Its don't show any error code. The game starting loading and then it turns off and I m again on the home screen of my x box. 

Can anyone please help me? 

I play on xbox one.
