The sims 4[PS4]: Purchased packs showing up as locked
Hi!
I recently tried to play the Sims 4 on my PlayStation and I noticed that more than half of my already purchased packs were showing up as if I have never bought them. Only around three of the most recent ones showed up owned. I tried to renew my PlayStation license thing and all that but it is not working and I am unsure what to do. When I go to the games add-on history it does show all of the ones I have previously purchased but it is showing some of those locked and asking me to purchase them again. I know it is not an issue of me not knowing my account or anything like that. I am unsure if this most recent update is the main cause behind this issue all I know is that I spent quite a bit of money on those packs which I would hope I do not need to spend again. So, if there is some way to fix this issue that would be great!

It sounds like you may have been previously game-sharing, or had purchased these packs on a different PlayStation account.
Please look over the transaction history on your PlayStation and search for those packs to verify if you're currently logging into the same PSN account that they had been purchased on originally.
