Trouble linking my EA account

Hey so, I'm on ps5 and I wanted to use the gallery but my EA account is not linking. I go through all the verification code steps and then I get a message in game saying that I will need to reset my game to use the online features but when I reset it it doesn't link. Even when I click on the libraby the gallery doesn't appear. I have des-linked and linked my account but it still doesn't work.

Appreciate it if someone could help me.

    Hey there,

    If you look under the Connections section on your EA account here, are you seeing your PSN ID is already linked?

    Yes, it already says its linked but when i enter the game it isn't. I already tried des-linking and linking again but its still not working.
