I have a ps4 console and the Gallery for Sims 4 has simply vanished for me, it just doesn't exist anymore, it was there on Sunday but wouldn't actually connect and I tried shutting everything off and turning everything back on several times, tried buying some new packs still wouldn't connect. Had to work so shut everything back off, got home from work tried a few times with the same results and then I got it back and thought it was fixed... Until I started saving a few of my favorites to my own library that I couldn't get before because I hadn't had the pack/s it used but did now managed to save 4 then it froze completely hade to close the game and when I opened it back up the Gallery option was just gone and all I have is my library, keep randomly turning everything off and back on hoping it'll come back but so far it's just gone.
I have followed all of the above instructions and the gallery option on my PS4 has been GONE for DAYS. I NEED HELP!

I am having troubles with my PS4 gallery not showing up at all. I have linked my EA Account, have all the right options selected, reset the game, and updated to the most current game version. My gallery is still not showing.

Do you have an underage account?
Are you logged in to more than one console, or is your account being used on the PC?
Have you reset your modem and router?
Can you try logging in to the gallery website https://www.ea.com/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/pc/gallery and seeing if you can log in and favorite or set lots or households to download? They will appear in your library on your console next time you log on if you have console access.
You can also go to https://www.ea.com/ to sign in and make sure all your stuff is linked using the website instead of doing it on your console.
There's also https://help.ea.com/en/ that has a lot of links and troubleshooting stuff for your account if necessary.
