Same thing happens to me and it’s now 9/25/20.
I have to restart my game every time it starts up so it can link my EA account. It’s so repetitive and time consuming to re-link my EA account and force restart every time.
Also, for me “enable online features” is completely missing from my game options.
@chesrockwell If you have a child account or parental restrictions on your console, there will be no online options available to you.
