TS4 - No option to go to Gallery

I have followed all of the above instructions and the gallery option on my PS4 has been GONE for DAYS. I NEED HELP!

Are you all that are affected in China as well? 

I am having troubles with my PS4 gallery not showing up at all. I have linked my EA Account, have all the right options selected, reset the game, and updated to the most current game version. My gallery is still not showing.

Do you have an underage account?

Are you logged in to more than one console, or is your account being used on the PC?

Have you reset your modem and router?

Can you try logging in to the gallery website https://www.ea.com/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/pc/gallery and seeing if you can log in and favorite or set lots or households to download? They will appear in your library on your console next time you log on if you have console access.

You can also go to https://www.ea.com/ to sign in and make sure all your stuff is linked using the website instead of doing it on your console. 

There's also https://help.ea.com/en/ that has a lot of links and troubleshooting stuff for your account if necessary.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Vampire, City Living, University
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? All I do is simply open the library, and all the tabs on the top don't appear (Gallery, Profile, etc), and the only page it shows is my library (stuff I downloaded directly)
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot access the Gallery, my Profile, nor my Favorites. I'm always stuck on the same tab, and the other tabs won't appear. I also cannot upload anything to the Gallery, and I cannot take off an upload, view other's uploads even when I attempt to click on their username (which it doesn't allow me to do), and the only options available are the delete and place lot.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the tabs of the Gallery, Profile, and to be able to view my Favorites.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

So, yes, as noted before, the tabs for the library do not appear.

Some notes to add:

• Yes, my age is above 13 (It's connected to my mother's account, and even if it wasn't, I am 16.)

• No, I have not tried to download anything (not that I am able to).

• Yes, I have access to internet. The gallery and all its tabs were working perfectly fine previously (It has been about a week)

• Yes, I have asked a friend that also owns Sims 4 on PS4 if they have had this same issue, and they reported otherwise.

• No, I haven't, or hadn't, changed any of my settings beforehand. Also, there isn't an option of online notifications or whatnot, according to some sources that I tried to reach out to.

I also have an image to show that the gallery was working previously. The working gallery image was on 3/8/2020.

If anyone can help, it'd be much appreciated! I'd love to get back to uploading soon!

(Also, to add, nothing else in my game is wrong. Everything else besides the Library is working as usual.)

The tabs on my gallery appear again. Now I can go back to happily Simming! 

Though, if the glitch returns, I'll be sure to notify someone!

@UnOrdinaryy Is there anything you did that helped? It would be helpful to others to know what helped you.
