TS4 Gallery Not Appearing

Xbox One S Console- The Sims 4- No Gallery I have not been able to access the gallery on Sims 4 since July 8, 2022. Internet is connected and I am logged into my account. There's not even an option ...

Xbox One S Console- The Sims 4- No Gallery

I have not been able to access the gallery on Sims 4 since July 8, 2022. Internet is connected and I am logged into my account. There's not even an option to view the gallery or upload/download from gallery.

    Hi there @DezDiamond86,

    Let's make sure you have Online Social Features Access turned on in your game options. To check this, from the main menu, head into Options-> Other and make sure the box for Online Social Features Access is ticked there. 

    If that feature is already turned on, please also check that your Xbox Live membership is still active.
