Where are my expansions?

Hello everyone,

I installed the recent modern stuff pack and when I reloaded the game, half of my expansions were missing. I tried to reload them, but it is not letting me do so. Does anyone know what to do? I can’t contact anyone directly so I’m at a loss…we as fans spend too much on this game for something like this to happen…

Let's try these steps first, let me know if you're seeing your packs then:

Restore the licenses on your console

Go to your Game Library

Scroll to Your Collection

Select The Sims 4

Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here

Select the DLC in this list and select Install

When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
