Why can’t I buy Goth Galore?

I try to buy Goth Galore on the sims, it says to make sure my game is up to date. I have no new updates to download and my system is fully updated. I play on console so there is absolutely no way Mods could be causing this issue. But it will absolutely not even let me get the option to purchase the pack.

    Hey there @ScourgesDeputy 

    Try making the purchase directly from the PlayStation store on your console rather than the in-game store. Let me know if you run into any issues there as well please.
