Why did my save disapeare on ps5 sims 4

Not happy as I lost my save ps5 sims 4 it  said error then it said currupt while saving as well and I lost all my  content what I saved  sent a error code to sony   the is a bug in game intact it lags all the time even thoe I completely wiped the consol and reinstalled every pack for sims 4 and game I am fed up off this happends all the time with sims 4 why can't sims understand with all the game packs as well as the game it lags why haven't thay fixed the problem in years  please sort it out the curser moves on its own when it feels like it as well got 3 controls does the same with them all and it does the same on another ps5 I have as well fed up if it keeps happening I will delete the game and game packs and never play agen get it sorted
