I just got university yesterday and before that the sims was working perfectly. But when I applied to university and I got accepted I had to pick somewhere to live. When I chose Drake hall I arrived and this is what happened:
I couldn’t interact with anything in the lot. My sim wasn’t there and when I checked where she was it just said null. Then the beds are glitched and I think it’s to do with the update please fix this issue as soon as possible.
@IrishCallery Do you own Get Famous? Are you receiving an error code?

Happend in my game with the cat, it just said "null" when I hovered over the picture, my sim couldn't "call pet" either, I solved it by having the sim travel with the cat.
@ra7orrat That's different. There is a bug report for that in the bug forums. Please add your me too to it.

No I do not have get famous I only have university and the base game.
I believe the error code is : 109.567cb 59efcat
I have never had any problems in the past so I don’t know. It only happens when I go to student housing lots.
I have two more questions if that’s ok?
1. Is it normal to have the controls up in the corner at all times? I’m on ps4 and it has never been there before.
2. What is wrong with the loading screens? Is the sims broken because they all say “ok” or “I don’t want free earbuds”

1. that came with the latest update, you can disable it in the Game Options
2. also came with the new update, just some new lines, I personally like the one that just say OK 😉
