Why wont my sims 4 cats and dogs bundle reinstall on my xbox one?
I've deleted my cache. I've uninstalled and reinstalled so many different ways and all the bundles I bought on the xbox installed but the cats and dogs is on my disc. It downloads a little most I got was 30% least was 12% and it will stop and say the disc is damaged or dirty and it still looks brand new nothing is wrong with it. This is giving me a headache and I miss my dog!
@BMADTWD4ever This can happen when you are trying to install using a disc and the application is still trying to update the game.
Take your console offline, cancel the download, and then power cycle the console. After you successfully install the game, go online and let the update download. (Reference and more troubleshooting) C/P below.
SelectNetwork settings, and then selectGo offline.
Step 2: Cancel the download
Press theXboxbuttonto open the guide, and then selectMy games & apps.
SelectQueue.
Highlight the game you’re trying to install and press theMenubuttonon the controller.
SelectCancel.
Step 3: Eject the game disc and power cycle the console
Eject the game disc.
Press and hold theXboxbuttonin the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center.
SelectRestart console.
SelectRestart.
NoteIf the console appears to be frozen, press and hold theXboxbuttonon the console for about 10 seconds until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch theXboxbuttonon the console again to restart.
Step 4: Install the game
After the console restarts, insert the disc. Follow the steps to install the game.
NoteMake sure you do this before you reconnect to the internet.
Step 5: Go online and let the game update install
Press theXboxbutton to open the guide.
SelectSystem>Settings>General.
SelectNetwork settings, and then selectGo online.
