[Xbox] Game stuck on loading screen

I am also having this problem. Please help! 

I see the green diamond start moving, and then it stops moving after it's gone about 25% of the way on the load bar.  I have done a hard reset on the console, as well as uninstall and reinstalling the game.  Is there a fix?  Anyone else encountering this?

Same issue! I thought it was the account so I made an entirely new account and it still won’t load. I thought it was the update I did today since I haven’t played in months

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Loading the game at the very beginning. It loads at first, then stops at 25% right after I pick the account.
What happens when the bug occurs? Once I open the game, press "A", and select my account, the game starts into the blue loading screen, and the green diamond moves to about 25%. Then it stops completely, and doesn't move.
What do you expect to see? The game to load past the title screen.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

This appears to be out of the blue. The game was working just fine last night. This has never happened before. I have tried restarting my Xbox, checking to see if other games will load, hard reset, and now I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Sims 4 game. Not sure what else to try.

Please let me know if there is any more information that I need to provide.

I just got this game again after not having played it in a long time and I'm having the exact same issue.. I don't have any expansions or packs installed right now and I get stuck at about 25% of the diamond loading after I select my profile. I even tried a different profile just in case my main profiles old game data somehow messed it up and still have the same issue regardless.

EDIT: Just turned my network settings to offline and it bypassed the loading issue. Something about xbox live is causing it. Should be able to turn network back on after you load.

Yep just got the game today after not playing in a long time and having the exact same stuck at 25% issue.. sucks it seems to mess up on the exact day I come to play it again

Edit: it worked! The bar is moving!
