Xbox series x//Crash out??

I was trying to get on Sims around 10 PM and couldn’t manage to make it past the loading screen before getting a notification to try again later. I then got a few packs, waited for them to install, and I just now tried to get back on again, but it will only let me play offline. It’s currently 1:30 AM
