❗️ [WORKAROUND] Pointer clicks off-target on Macs with display camera notch

Exactly, this is not extreme buginess. This is one, albeit pretty annoying, single issue and on Rosetta 2 the game works surprisingly flawlessly. And I can confirm that setting the resolution to 3840 x 1904 (or whatever is the resolution just below the default is, works just fine.

What's quite weird about this issue is that it gets progressively worse the more you go down the screen - at the top all is very accurate, towards the bottom - all completely misaligned so its not just a pixel offset problem, its like there's a stretched hidden interaction layer which starts at the top and by the bottom ends up out of skew.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?  In-game when trying to click on buttons, all of them, but it especially is a problem with the bottom menu where the phone, needs, work, etc all is. I also noticed it on the main menu buttons trying to exit when I come from in-game.

What happens when the bug occurs?  Instead of being able to click on the buttons automatically by hovering over them, I have to slide my mouse further down, below the actual button or I am trying to select. Which with the lower menu buttons do not work, as it will bring me back to my mac desktop. I will be able to select some buttons, but it takes multiple tries, especially if it is the lower menu. Some are completely inaccessible. While in CAS and putting clothing on my sims, I have to click with my mouse on a place lower than what I am actually trying to select, as well as with swatches of colors on clothing.

What do you expect to see?  I should be able to click on the phone button and for it to pop up automatically without me having to go below and not select the actual button for it to work.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I did switch to a new mac recently and noticed it the first time i tried to play on it.

I am having issues with my pointer while playing the Sims 4 on my new M1 Pro. I do not know how to fix this. I also cannot "scale to fit below built in camera" because I do not have the sims 4 as a separate application. Any ideas on how to fix this or get the sims as a separate application so I can scale it?
