Hey sorry to bug you again, 

Earlier this year you helped me put my Sims 4 on an external hard drive (and I am eternally grateful 🙏). But now it's having troubleshooting problems, saying "Unable to start: the Sims 4 is already running". Do you have any advice? I'm kinda afraid to mess up the symlink and everything.
