All my cc and saves suddenly disappeared from my game!!!

Hello, I have been playing Sims 4 on my mac for about a year now! Today when I opened up my sims all of my cc and saved games where gone!! I have tried everything other forums have said but nothin...

I had already tried this before... My sims is still not recovering the saves though

Do you have any other ideas or options?

Let's double check their exact location. Please could you click on your saves folder once to select it then go to File > Get Info. Under the General > Where section near the top of the info window please copy and paste the location of your saves folder here.
