Can't install Enchanted by Nature pack

I bought the pack and redeemed the activation code. This was yesterday. When I launch the game, it tells me I own the pack, ea app says I own it. It also says "In-game content"; there's no download button under Manage in the EA app. When I hit the download manager in the game, there's nothing. I've tried taking out my mods/cc. I'm at my wits' end.
