EA Games - Sims 4 Packs Missing/Not Owned

Question

I recently updated my game after not playing in months and when I went to play the only pack it says I own is the free Holiday pack. I play on Mac and the EA app, I tried to fix this my clearing my cache and repairing my game but no luck!

Any help is appreciated, thank you.

I have I have also triple checked I am logged in under the right account but nothing so far. I have my credit card transactions from when I bought all my packs and I have used all the packs previous to this incident but I cannot find the email confimation of my purchase.
