SIMS 4 NOT WORKING

I just restarted the EA app bevause it required me to do so and now my Sims 4 isn't working. I have owned the sims 4 since 2016 and also have packs installed and now it doesn't even appear on my library. I tried closing and opening the app but it doesn't change anything. When I enter the main page to open the sims it just keeps trying to load but doesn't. What should I do??
