Help! Yesterday, my game went onto a load page and hasn't gone back. I'm not able to shut off the game, and I'm relatively new to Sims and using a Mac, so I'm not 100% sure on how everything works. ...

Once you've quit the game follow these instructions to test a clean game and see if you find the cause -

It may be that it still happens in a completely new clean game in which case post back here with all the info from your Mac in Apple > About This Mac.
