Game not installing

I keep getting installation error when i try to install my game. I've tried clearing the cache and changing the installation path (i use a usb hard drive) but nothings working. I've been using a usb for my game for about 3 or 4 years and never had any problems up until around halfway through 2024. I previously had issues where my game wouldn't update and would freeze halfway through but got told to uninstall and try reinstalling but it's landed me in a worse position than before. Ive taken my mods/cc out and this hasn't helped either

ive tried reaching out to ea support but have had no help so far and i literally don't know what else to do
