I pre-ordered the Enchanted by Nature pack two weeks ago and downloaded it today. Then I got a message saying an update was required. During the update the EA App paused the update on The Sims 4 Fairy Garden Digital Content and said "Game ownership disabled or deleted. We've paused the download because you don't own this title." The same thing happens when I repair the game. I am on an iMac running MacOS Sequoia.

Okay, then it isn't just me! That makes me feel better.
Mine is doing the same thing. When I went into the world it was blank so I did a game repair which the EA app disabled. I sent in a support ticket.
My game is fine now. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the base game and all of the packs. For a while I couldn't complete downloads for the DLC; there was some kind of server error. But this time all of the DLC downloaded without errors, and now my game runs with and without mods. EA_Solaire I also see the Fairy Garden extra content.
I'm having the exact same issue. Am also on Mac. And its also not allowing me to repair that specific pack either. I've been talking to an EA advisor for 4 hours over chat, and still nothing. Its been very frustrating. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app and the game and nothing has helped whatsoever. The guy I'm talking to says they have never faced this issue... Hopefully will get fixed soon.

me too. I play on Mac and try everything that should help. But I can't fix it. So sad😭
Mine is also doing this and I preordered as soon as it was available..
Its really frustrating, but at least EA is actively investigating the issue. I would highly suggest starting a case and sending through a game log, as ea is looking at those for the moment I believe. But hopefully this will get sorted soon and we can all return to gaming.
I have this too but it’s only for my enchanted by nature pack. It’s a massive bug.
Having this same issue. I preordered the game. I tried to repair my game because new walls I tried to build were not showing up when I would try to edit the home (the lot was within the new world). It repaired all my games except that pack and I received a pop-up saying 'Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted'.
Has anyone found a fix for it yet mine is doing the same thing.
I came here to say same! I have uninstalled everything and reinstalled and nothing has fixed it. I keep getting the same error and cannot add rooms of furniture or items / objects in build mode in the game. The items won't stay where I put them when I let go, it goes back to it's original spot.
