Same here! Just keeps telling me the "application is not responding" and making me force quit. Wasn't having this issue at all before the update

I'm talking with EA help now hoping they can give me some idea of what to do. Do you all have CC/mods installed? I have some CC, but no script mods.

Ok, just finished talking with EA help and this is what they told me to do:
"Check if Sims 4 and EA App have Full Disk Access enabled?
Open System Settings: Click on the Apple menu and select “System Settings.”
Privacy & Security: Navigate to “Privacy & Security.”
Full Disk Access: Ensure that the EA app and The Sims game have Full Disk Access enabled. If they are not listed, you can add them manually by clicking the “+” button and selecting the apps.
Restart the EA App: After enabling Full Disk Access, quit and reopen the EA app."I tried it and it thankfully got my game to open. Let me know if it works for you guys too!

Same here. It stayed on the first frame of the loading screen. If I hit ‘esc’ I could get it to load but with no audio and it wouldn’t quit properly. I had to force quit every time.
Mac OS update plus full disk access fixed the issue for me.
