HELLLPPPPPPP!!!!

I have spent soooooo much time downloading CC but every time I try to play it it says its corrupted so I've removed and put back the CC a billion times. I've even tried turning off CC in sims 4 but nothing ever works! There has been times that it lets me in Sims 4 with the CC but the CC never shows up. PLEASE HELP!!!
