I can't play

since I updated the game, everything is off, I can't play with anything. I can't even create a character. I can't save anything as well. Is there a tech support in here? I can't find anything. Please help me. Thank you

This is the same stuff happening to me! Ever since this certain update in early October and it hasn't been fixed.
