in game packs
in game it says I own every single pack but they aren't installed and when I look on the ea app it then says I don't own them when I do I'm really lost I've lost a lot of money here if I can't resolv...

For the CAS issue, move the Mods folder out of the Sims 4 folder, trash the localthumbcache. package file then launch the game and see if it still happens.
