I've had Cats and Dogs for years, now it's saying not owned?

Pretty much what the title says. I got a bundle of base game with cats and dogs years ago, maybe 2020 ish? Tried to play today but I got a message saying I needed to download Cats and Dogs in order to play my latest household. Which is weird because I've never deleted it. Something else is odd, that EA app says I have less than 2 hours on TS4, which is definitely not true. Last I remember, it was closer to 800. I also have Backyard Stuff and Greenhouse Haven Kit now? Even though I've never had them before? I've tried repairing the game with no luck. I logged in and out, and turned off my CC and neither worked. Anyone have any thoughts?
