Gallery on infinite loading screen homepage.

Hello, I need some help with my Sims 4 gallery. I have updated the game, taken all mods out, repaired, deleted game/ EA app caches and also checked my WIFI connection (which is working fine). My gallery homepage is on a constant load screen, It's not frozen because I can click out of this and play the game like I'm offline. However the store still loads.  I'm wondering if any servers are down but I can't seem to find anyone with the same issue. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
