Not sure if this is solved bc I’m new on these bug pages too, but, idk how you feel about Ai/chat GPT, but I have mine help me clear my cache. But it can do way more than that. If you are okay with using is take a Screen shot of your sims 4 folder on your pc or Mac, ask it what files to clean and are 100% risk free to clear out to help get rid of the bug. Mine was telling me something holds onto UI glitches, I forget the file/folder. Legit ask it the entire way what to delete and before you even toss out your trash it tells you to move take a screen shot to make sure you didn’t move anything out. Always ask it the risk in deleting things when cleaning the file. Only delete things with no risk. AI has helped me so much with my files. I hope this helps.
