My already owned and installed game packs not working.

as the title states, my game packs and other purchases for the sims arent working. i have already tried repairing the game multiple times and even tried to see if the files were OK, nothing works. i was just trying to add some mods (MCCC if anyone wants to know), i ended up giving up tbh, but afterwards it started and i couldnt access my packs. please help, i spent so much money on them :(

EDIT: i fixed the issue!!! all i had to do was uninstall and reinstall sims and all my packs! it only took 30 mins, so honestly not that bad.

  • I'm having the same issues as you, and the help-chat isn't any help what so ever... :( do you us a mac or windows pc? if you use mac I wonder if we can still use origin, i never once had an issue with origin!

  • 20d4j6mu5ja1  In the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, do your packs show as owned, and if so, do they show as installed?  That's a known issue, I mean packs listed as installed but not loading in-game, and it has a known cause and fix:

If the packs don't show as owned, is it possible you've signed into the wrong account?  This is very common these days, even among people who are sure they're in the right account, so please double-check any other email addresses you have access to.

no, its says they are all downloaded and im in my correct EA email. i have already tried everything the EA site itself had to offer to and nothing worked.

  • 20d4j6mu5ja1  If you need further help, please run the Terminal command listed in the accepted solution of the thread I linked, for at least two of your packs that aren't loading, and post the results.  This is fixable as long as we know whether the data is and where it's supposed to be.
