My already owned and installed game packs not working.

I'm having the same issues as you, and the help-chat isn't any help what so ever... :( do you us a mac or windows pc? if you use mac I wonder if we can still use origin, i never once had an issue with origin!

    i also use mac! i can maybe try that today but i think im going to be forced to uninstall the game and reinstall everything.
